I think It's Make In India ,not Make It India. Yes i think it should help to increase employment in India. But the task is not so easy. It will take time.

Make in India, a type of Swadeshi movement covering 25 sectors of the Indian economy, was launched by the Government of India on 25 September 2014 to encourage companies to manufacture their products in India and enthuse with dedicated investments into manufacturing. Nothing is easy to start every startup has lot of challenges if we try to start this project from villages so our so many labourers don't need to move from their own village.
